Captain America: Civil War has officially crossed $700 million at the international box office, bringing in $705.3 million total worldwide.

Marvel's latest blockbuster had the fifth-highest-grossing opening weekend of all time domestically, bringing in $179.1 million. It added $13.3 million on Monday, bringing its four day total to $192.5 million.

Civil War's largest international market has been China, where it grossed $104.6 million in four days. South Korea follows with $54.3 million, the U.K. with $40.6 million, Mexico with $34.8 million and Brazil with $26.1 million.

Civil War is now the 83rd highest-grossing movie of all time, and is on pace to become the 25th film to make $1 billion worldwide before ending its theatrical run.

By comparison, Zootopia is the top grossing film of the year worldwide, bringing in $958 million. Warner Bros.' similarly adversarial superhero tent pole Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice brought in $868 million. Disney's The Jungle Book has grossed $779 million, while the irreverent, R-rated X-Men spinoff Deadpool made $762 million.

Civil War will likely top the lifetime box office total of predecessor Captain America: The Winter Soldier - $714.4 million – by Wednesday. See more on ComicBook.com's box office charts.

Marvel's Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Captain America: Civil War is now playing in theaters.
