With it's grand opening June 16th, Disney's newest amusement park in Shanghai is pulling out all the stops with it's new attractions, including the revamped Pirates Of The Caribbean ride. Luckily, a few fans have been able to experience the true Disney magic a bit early thanks to some soft openings and because of that, we have our first look at the Pirates ride itself thanks to someone who took a POV shot of the entire attraction.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure is not your parent's Pirates ride, nor is it your older brother or sister's. This is an all-new extravaganza which is to be one of the park's main draws. Located in the Treasure Cove section of the park, Disney's first Pirates only themed section, the ride is also much longer than it's Stateside counterparts. Oh yeah, it also includes a Kraken!

The ride is just about 8 minutes long and features everything you'd come to expect from a Pirates ride. Skeletons, ships, and cameos from your favorite characters. Want to see the Disney Imagineers unleashed? This is the place to see it. There is an exciting moment early on in the ride where a skeleton turns into Captain Jack Sparrow right before your very eyes.

With the Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales slated to hit early next year, it sure is a good time to be a fan of the franchise.

So what do you think ComicBook.com readers? Have you booked a flight to Shanghai yet? Let us know what you think of the ride below!
