Next week, the 30th anniversary of James Cameron's Aliens will hit on July 18th, and fans have lots to say about the groundbreaking sci-fi horror film. Aliens, which was released back in 1986, acts as the sequel to the franchise's terrifying first installment, Alien. And, even after all these years, the films' cast and crew are planning to celebrate the anniversary by reuniting at San Diego Comic Con later this month.

In an exclusive announcement, Entertainment Weekly confirmed the cast would commemorate the sequel's release by hosting an Aliens reunion on Saturday, July 23rd at the convention's famed Hall H. Director James Cameron will join Sigourney Weaver for the Q&A alongside other co-stars such as Bill Paxton, Gale Anne Hurd, Lance Henriksen, Michael Biehn, Paul Reiser, and Carrie Henn. Speaking about the upcoming reunion, Cameron told the magazine the event "should be fun" as "the usual suspects" would all be getting back together.

Weaver also commented on the special event, explaining how excited she was to join the reunion after she attended a screening of the film by Alamo Drafthouse. Saying it felt like a "horrific sing-along," the actress said, "One of my great moments in...life, frankly, was by the time we got to that line, the whole audience yelled it with Ripley."

Yeah. We all know the line she's talking about.

To celebrate the anniversary, Twentieth Century Fox Entertainment will also roll out an exclusive Blu-ray/Digital HD box-set for Aliens. It will be available for purchase on September 13th and include bonus features of Cameron talking about what inspired him to create the film. The set will also come with concept cards and a booklet containing artwork from the Aliens comic by Dark Horse.
