When it comes to Naruto, almost anything can happen. From impossible jutsu to chakra-ladened bijuu, fans of the long-running franchise have seen just about everything. Or have they? So far, anime viewers have not seen Hatake Kakashi's entire face consider the high-ranking ninja wears a lopsided face mask. But, in Naruto Shippuden's newest episode, fans will finally see what the roguish sensei looks like.

Episode 469 will finally show-off Kakashi's handsome face, and fans are already going nuts. While manga artwork depicting the character's full features was released by creator Kishimoto Masashi at a Naruto Exhibit last year, this is the first time fans will get to see all of the ninja in full color. And wouldn't you know it? The guy's face is pretty darn cute.

Look away now should you wish to avoid spoilers, but can we talk about Kakashi's mole? Like, he has a mole! I don't know what most fans expected to reside under the ninja's mask but this beauty mark is definitely a tame reveal. Of course, Naruto fans will likely remember the original series' filler episode that followed Team 7 as they tried to get their sensei to take his mask off, but the group failed hard. Seriously, they couldn't get anything together.

So, even if it's taken over a decade, fans can now rejoice in knowing they've seen the true visage that is Hatake Kakashi.

And, more importantly, the episode finally redirects Naruto Shippuden back to its main arc. The series' most recent episodes have been busy telling the story of Hagoromo's sons, Ashura and Indra. The fillers, which weren't a totally bust, divided fans as some genuinely enjoyed the spin-off. However, most fans were understandably upset since the fillers only interrupted Naruto Shippuden's main story. And, since the franchise feels like it's mostly compromised of fillers at this point, fans are beyond ready to see Naruto Shippuden move forward.
