The showrunners of 'American Horror Story' have released yet another teaser just to mess with our minds even more than they already have.

On Friday morning, the popular FX series released a teaser trailer featuring a monster that looked more like it belonged in the Netflix hit series 'Stranger Things.' Now on Friday afternoon, another teaser trailer was released with an equally bizarre vibe.

The most recent promo spot was done in black and white, and was made to look like it is already on your Facebook feed with the comment, like, and share icons are already inset in the video.

The teaser is only 15 seconds long and features a woman in long, flowing clothes walking up a flight of stairs made of stone. A retro horror soundtrack accompanies the video and sets the tone for the bizarre teaser. As the woman walks up the steps, a shadowy figure looks like it is coming right out of your computer screen and slowly creeps up behind the woman before grabbing her by the hair.

The woman then gasps as the "credits" begin to roll. First a screen flashing the sign "?6" appears, followed by the 'American Horror Story' logo and an FX logo.

Check out the video here to see the creepy teaser for yourself.

No word yet as to whether this is the actual setting and theme that will be featured in the upcoming sixth season of the series. Showrunners Ryan Murphy and FX CEO have revealed that they have been releasing a series of "misdirects" in order to keep the actual theme for the next season as secret as possible.

Landgraf stated, "We just thought it would really be fun to keep it a mystery, so we are." He continued, "[Ryan Murphy and Stephanie Gibbons, FX head of marketing and on-ar promotions] went out and made many more trailers than you've actually seen for hypothetical seasons of 'American Horror Story,' meaning different genres and different places. And one of them is accurate, and the others are just misdirects."

What do you think? Is this latest trailer the actual theme and setting for the upcoming sixth season of 'American Horror Story?'
