Michael Phelps has yet again outdone himself in one of the coolest ways possible. Winning gold medals? Yes, he's got that rhythm down pretty well. But become a literal symbol of rock stardom? Add it to the list.

You can the see full artwork here, as tattoo artist Livia Tsang simply had to give her boss, Ricky Fung, the mean mug tat. "I wasn't even a big Phelps fan before this, and I'm not really a swim fan," Fung said. "But just seeing him go out and win the way he has has been inspiring to me."

This solidifies it. Michael Phelps is the most epic human being to ever walk the earth. How is there proof of this? Well, those gold medals are one factor, but the fact that someone feels they must get your stare down tattooed on their body is the highest honor.
