Gotham Season 3 Episode 8: Blood Rush Sneak Preview

Earlier tonight, FOX aired the seventh episode of Gotham Season 3. "Red Queen" explores the nuances of Penguin's growing attraction to Nygma while Jim Gordon experiences the consequences of a run-in with Mad Hatter. Now, the network has released the sneak preview of next's week episode, "Blood Rush." And, unsurprisingly, it looks like it will get your heart pumping hard.

"Barnes begins to feel the effects of a recent incident and begins to go mad. Meanwhile, Nygma is out of his depth in his relationship with Isabella (guest star Chelsea Spack) and Carmine Falcone (guest star John Doman) throws Lee and Mario (guest star James Carpinello) an engagement party."
