In a move that would make Tony Stark's ego bigger than it already is, the folks at Sideshow collectibles have announced their plans to release a life-size statue of Iron Man wearing his Mark III armor.

The life-size statue comes in nearing seven feet tall, standing at 6'10". While details remaining scarce on this particular item, it's comparable to the life-size Mark 42 armor they previously did. That piece came in over seven feet tall and was available just south of $9,000.
The statue is slated to come on a themed base and will be available for pre-order on Thursday, April 20 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific time.
We last saw Iron Man as he acted as he championed the Sokovia Accords in Captain America: Civil War. He's set to appear alongside Peter Parker in this summer's Spider-Man: Homecoming before joining together with the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe to take on Thanos in next year's Avengers: Infinity War.
Avengers: Infinity War is described by Marvel Studios as the culmination of everything in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Iron Man in 2008. The movie is filming now under directors Anthony and Joe Russo, from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
The expansive confirmed cast includes Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bethany, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Benedict Wong, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff, and Josh Brolin as the villain Thanos. Avengers: Infinity War and its as-yet-untitled sequel are filming back-to-back for a May 4, 2018 and May 3, 2019 release, respectively.
