'Dragon Ball Super' Reveals Frost's True Allegiances
Warning: This article contains SPOILERS for Dragon Ball Super Episode 34!Dragon Ball Super's [...]
The Real Frost
As you can see in the clip below from Episode 34, Frost is exposed as not only falling short of his altruistic image, but actually being the complete opposite of benevolent savior, who is maybe even worse than Freeza!
It was revealed that Frost is in fact a conniving crime lord of Unvierse 6, who goes around pretending to save planets and races from destruction when he's actually the one that put them in danger in the first place, in order to take advantage of low cost real estate in the warn-torn areas.
In short: while Freeza is a war-monger who loves the thrill of battle and conquer, Frost is a just a sleazy crook who will use whatever underhanded methods he can to put himself ahead. When it comes to these interdimensional counterparts, the only real difference is the slightly varying degrees of sleaziness and shadiness between them.

In addition to learning about Frost's criminal nature, we also found out that he cheated his way to victory against both Goku and Piccolo, using a some kind of a gauntlet needle that poisoned both of the Universe 7 fighters, causing them to lose their respective matches. So, what's to become of Frost?
At first, it looked like Champa was simply going to destroy Frost, as punishment for embarrassing Champa in the tournament with his cheating ways. However, that destruction (and even Frost's elimination from the tournament) was stalled when Vegeta stepped up to called Frost out!
Piccolo's resignation from the match opens up a clear pathway to a Frost vs. Vegeta battle, which the Saiyan prince boats will result in his absolute victory. After Vados coaxes Champa into allowing Frost to live (better chances for a Universe 6 victory over Lord Beerus and Universe 7), Frost is not only pardoned - he'll still be rewarded if he can help Universe 6 achieve victory!
Now that Frost has been found out, it sets things up for a battle with Vegeta that will truly test each fighter's power, no tricks or gimmicks up the sleeve. Check out a preview of that fight above! And read here for more info on the next episode of Dragon Ball Super English Dub!
