Warning! Massive spoilers for Dragon Ball Super's 111th episode lie below!

After debuting a long-awaited special last week, Dragon Ball Super will return this weekend with one hot episode. The show will pit Jiren and Hit against one another as Goku deals with Freeza's yet-known assault. However, if a new synopsis for the series is right, then it looks like Jiren is about to eliminate Hit from the Tournament of Power.

Earlier today, Weekly Shonen Jump released a brand-new blurb about the anime's 112th episode. You can check out the spoiler-filled synopsis for "A Saiyan's Pledge! Vegeta's Resolve!!" below:

"The pride and bonds of a Saiyan! Vegeta rescues Cabba!! Now that Universe 6 has lost Hit, the other universes take advantage and go after them! Amidst this, Vegeta goes to try and rescue his disciple Cabba!!"

The synopsis details the events that will happen after Dragon Ball Super airs its 111th episode this week. The release will see Jiren and Hit duke it out as the Universe 6 warrior stepped to the Pride Trooper shortly after Jiren sent Goku flying. Fans have expected Hit to get destroyed by Jiren, but no one thought the Time-Skip user would actually get knocked out of the Tournament after just one round.

Of course, there are fans who are interpreting Dragon Ball Super's new synopsis more lightly. The description says that Universe 6 has "lost" Hit, so some have theorized the man may use his temporal powers to open up a sort of dimensional portal after Jiren injures him. Some are even hoping the loss refers to Hit being knocked out, but the synopsis' language is consistent with the kind used to preface other fighters' knock-outs. When it comes down to it, Hit is pretty likely to drop from the Tournament by the end of this weekend.

So, what do you think about the Dragon Ball Super synopsis? Do you believe Hit is actually about to get his butt handed to him by Jiren? Hit us up on Twitter @ComicBook or @MeganPetersCB to share your theories!
