When it comes to anime, Dragon Ball is hard to beat. The series was created by Akira Toriyama decades ago, but there are new franchises coming up to carry on its legacy. My Hero Academia is one of shonen's most promising stories in recent years, so it is easy to see why fans cannot get enough of the pair's festive crossover.

Halloween may be over, but one fan on Twitter knows just how to keep its spooky spirit alive. Phil Vazquez inked a picture of the My Hero Academia dressing up as Dragon Ball heroes to go trick-or-treating, but Bakugo couldn't let a nice thing be.

The sketch, which can be seen below, shows heroes like Izuku Midoriya and Iida in their sweet Dragon Ball get-ups. The green-haired hero is dressed as Son Goku while the other channels his inner Piccolo. Ochaco is also seen with the trio sporting Future Trunk's jacket, but the guys seem a bit surprised.

After all, Bakugo did just set fire to Izuku's candy. Oh, sorry - it was actually Vegeta.

As you can see the background, Bakugo picked the most appropriate Dragon Ball fighter to dress up as. The bombastic character is sporting Vegeta's blue-and-white costume as he slinks away with a stern look on his face.

"The trio shouldn't have invited Kacchan to go trick or treating...poor Deku," Vazquez captioned his drawing.

Well, the My Hero Academia crew will live and learn, right?

Dragon Ball Super's "Universal Survival" saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.

If it's My Hero Academia you are looking forward to, then you have a bit of a wait to endure. The anime has two seasons currently which you can find on Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Hulu. The series is slated to return next year with its third season.
