Marvel Releases Chris Bachalo's WOLVERINE & THE X-MEN #9 Cover, an Avengers Vs. X-Men Tie-In

Late yesterday, Marvel unveiled the cover to Wolverine & the X-Men by superstar artist Chris Bachalo, who will draw the issue for writer Jason Aaron. Aaron is co-writing the Avengers Vs. X-Men event, which will tie in with the issue. Wolverine, one of Marvel's most popular characters and valuable intellectual properties, plays a front-and-center role in the crossover as his membership on both teams sees him torn between his allegiance to each. The issue is described by Marvel as follows: This April, as the Marvel Universe waits on baited breath for the arrival of the all-powerful Phoenix Force, Wolverine must choose a side of the coming war…but will the Jean Grey School of Higher Learning follow?
