The Secret Service

The film adaptation of Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons's The Secret Service, set to be directed by Matthew Vaughn, may have attracted one of the U.S.'s biggest stars to play the lead. Contact Music reports that Leonardo DiCaprio is in talks to join the film, in which he would star opposite Fever Pitch and Bridget Jones's Diary star Colin Firth. The site attributes their story to British tabloid The Sun, although no link is available in their story and we were unable to find the article on The Sun's website. "Leo is the perfect bad guy. Comic book films aren't usually associated with him but this could be a great fit," a source reportedly told the paper. The story of The Secret Service revolves around a young thug who's recruited into a super-spy training program a la James Bond.
