First Look at a Former Batman Playing Desaad in Justice League: War

No, it's not any of the big screen Batmans (Batmen?). This is Bruce Thomas, who starred in Army of Darkness and Kyle XY and who has played Batman twice--once in a series of commercials for OnStar and then again in the Birds of Prey pilot. And, along with a brief turn as Atrocitus in Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, he's returning to the DC Universe to play Desaad, Darkseid's right-hand man in Justice League: War, the forthcoming direct-to-DVD adaptation of Geoff Johns and Jim Lee's first story arc in The New 52. Thomas, who also contributed his voice to some of Master Chief's lines in Halo 4, will joinJason O'Mara as Batman, Alan Tudyk as Superman, Christopher Gorham as The Flash and Steve Blum as Darkseid in the movie, which is expected to come to Blu-ray, DVD and digital download in early 2014.
