Fans Give Stan Lee A Million Twitter Followers For His 91st Birthday

For months, Stan Lee has been campaigning to reach one million followers on Twitter. And in what has to be perfect timing, Stan Lee has finally reached and surpassed a million Twitter followers on a day that also happens to be his 91st birthday. Of course, it's not entirely a coincidence. Stan Lee has been closing in on the one million follower mark since before Christmas. Yesterday, several fans including director Kevin Smith, who has over two and half million Twitter followers, started campaigning to help Stan Lee reach a million followers on his birthday. Stan Lee had around 990K followers when the birthday campaign began yesterday. Stan Lee is now around nine thousand followers over a million, so fans have not only given him his birthday wish, but they've got him started on his way to two million followers before he turns 92.
