Jack Reynor Denies Star Wars Episode VII Rumors

It turns out that Transformers: Age of Extinction star Jack Reynor may not be going to a galaxy far, far away after all. Reynor had been rumored to have landed a role in J.J. Abrams' upcoming Star Wars film. According to Reynor's agent, as reported by the Independent in Ireland, the young actor has received no offers for a role in the film. "There is no truth in that -- Jack is not taking on a role in the latest Star Wars film," a spokesperson for the actor said." He has not been approached about a role and there has been no discussion. The rumors started online, but there is no foundation to them." Reynor is currently filming a movie adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth. Star Wars Episode VII is scheduled to come to theaters December 18, 2015.
