Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Prequel Infinite Comic #1

Good news for anyone who just can't wait to for Guardians of the Galaxy to hit theaters this summer (that's everybody, right?): the first issue of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Prequel Infinite Comic is available now. The issue is written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning – the writer's responsible for bringing Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Gamora, Drax and Groot together for the first time during their Guardians of the Galaxy comic book series – with art from Daniel Govar, Andrea DiVito and Laura Villari. This issue focuses on Gamora, the most dangerous woman in the galaxy. She's heading for the crime-filled world of Conjunction, on a missions for the Collector that will lead her right into the events of Guardians of the Galaxy. "Calling all Marvel Cosmic fans! This all-new Infinite Comic was built just for you," said Editor Bill Rosemann. "First we have the return of the fan-fave writing team of Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning. Then we have art by Andrea Di Vito, artist of the original Annihilation mini. Add on to that some slicing and dicing by Gamora and some scene-stealing by the Collector, and you have a must-read story that will steer you directly into Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy!" Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Prequel Infinite Comic is available now through the Marvel Comics app and online in the Marvel Digital Comics Shop.
