True Blood's Deborah Ann Woll To Play Karen Page In Daredevil TV Series

True Blood star Deborah Ann Woll is leaving Bon Temps and heading to Hell's Kitchen to play Karen Page in Marvel Studios upcoming Daredevil television series, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Woll received her big break playing the young vampire Jessica Hamby on True Blood, which is currently airing its final season.

As Page, Woll will be playing Matt Murdock's longest lasting, and possibly most tragic, love interest. Played by Ellen Pompeo in the 2003 Daredevil film, Page was created by Stan Lee in 1964 as the secretary at Murdock and Foggy Nelson's law practice.

Daredevil will see a 13-episode run in 2015, as the first of five Marvel Studios series coming to Netflix. The series is executive produced by Spartacus and Buffy the Vampire slayer alum Steven S. DeKnight.
