Avengers Movie Tickets Go On Sale Tomorrow

I have a feeling that all of Fandango’s previous sales records are about to be broken. Avengers movie tickets for midnight screenings in select cities in the United States go on sale tomorrow (March 12, 2012). The Avengers ticket sales announcement was posted on the official Avengers Facebook page today.There was no official word on the location where the Avengers movie tickets will be sold, but it’s a good bet that it’s probably Fandango, as they general handle advance sales of this nature. There is also an Avengers banner rotating on the Fandango homepage, but it doesn’t mention a specific on-sale date.In addition to announcing the midnight screening ticket sales, The Avengers Facebook page also revealed that theaters would be giving away a limited edition Avengers movie poster at the midnight screenings. The poster shown was actually the original big “A” Avengers poster, but it’s unclear if it will be that poster or something new. Since it specifies limited edition, hopefully it will be something different, since the big “A” poster was sent out to theaters everywhere.The Avengers movie is scheduled to open in theaters in the United States on May 4, 2012.
