New Gotham Featurette Teases The Rise Of Azrael

Fox has released a new featurette in which the cast of Gotham discuss the introduction of Azrael (played by James Frain).

"Hugo Strange is thrilled with himself to discover that he could reanimate him," B.D. Wong explains in the video. "The catch is, once Theo Galavan is reanimated, he doesn't remember he's Theo Galavan." He adds, "We take in one Gotham villain, Theo Galavan, and turn him into another iconic villain."

"Strange rather brilliantly brainwashes me into thinking I am an 11th century knight," Frain says.

Gordon and Bruce question Professor Strange about Project Chimera, which leads Strange to send the newly resurrected Galavan to confront Gordon. Meanwhile, Nygma investigates who Professor Strange is.

The redeemed one is coming for Gordon in an all-new episode of Gotham this Monday at 8/7c on FOX!
