Supergirl, Flash, Arrow, and Legends Invasion! Crossover Extended Trailer

Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and the Legends of Tomorrow are about to have their first major crossover event, and The CW has been hyping it with newer (and better) "Invasion!" promos everyday.

We just got a trailer featuring a role-call of the DC TV Heoroes that will be involved in the event - and now we have one that gives us an etended look at the plotline and epic scope of the Invasion! storlyine. Suffice to say, all the stops have been pulled out to make this DC TV event as faithful to the spirit of the late-80s "Invasion!" storyline as it can be. Just see for yourself.

In the comics, The Dominators were just one of several alien races in the alliance plot against the earth, but it looks like they will be the sole threat in this TV adaptation. It's understandable why the cuts would be made (it's a TV budget, after all), and since The Dominators were the driving force behind the invasion plot in the comics, it's a pretty effective streamline to have them be the focus of the threat in the TV adaptation.

Footage of The Dominators attacking at earlier periods of Earth's history provide interesting teases of how and where and when the Legends heroes factor into the proceedings. As always, these CW series aren't afraid to embrace the full fantasy of the DC source material; time travel will be involved, as will the multi-dimensional reach of speedsters like The Flash, when bringing over Supergirl from her version of Earth to ours. There's a few shots of heroes trapped on an alien ship... Nothing is off limits where "Invasion!" is concerend.

Supergirl airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT; The Flash on Tuesdays at the same time; Arrow on Wednesdays and DC's Legends of Tomorrow on Thursdays. All four series air on The CW. The "Invasion!" crossover will air beginning November 28.
