Arrow Season 5 Episode 17: Kapiushon Sneak Preview

03/16/2017 02:42 pm EDT

Only the truth will set him free.

"Confess your secret, Oliver, and all this ends" Adrian Chase says to Oliver Queen, who is shackled to the floor of cell, in this extended 'Kapiushon' trailer. "You infect every life you touch — even your son." When Oliver tells him to "go to hell," Chase coldly replies, "I've already been there, Oliver."

In next Wednesday's episode of Arrow, Chase will put Oliver through the wringer, trying to mentally and physically break the Star City superhero. Although we don't see Talia in this sneak preview, I'm sure she'll also do her part to break him as well — since she played in integral role in capturing Oliver.

The preview concludes with Oliver screaming the all important question: "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?" And then we see Chase pull out an arrow, draw back the bow, take aim at Oliver, and let it fly.

Prometheus (Josh Segarra) goes to great lengths to break Oliver (Stephen Amell). Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Anatoly (guest star David Nykl) becomes worried about Oliver's increasingly violent tendencies, which come to a head in a brutal confrontation.

Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Brian Ford Sullivan & Emilio Ortega Aldrich.

Based on the characters from DC, ARROW is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti (The Flash, Supergirl), Marc Guggenheim (Eli Stone, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters), Andrew Kreisberg (The Flash, Supergirl), Wendy Mericle (Desperate Housewives, Eli Stone) and Sarah Schechter (Supergirl, Blindspot).
