On Friday, Adam West and Burt Ward, the stars of the 1966 Batman movie and television series (January 12, 1966 to March 14, 1968), took their 50th Anniversary Farewell Tour to Fan Expo Canada 2016, which is being held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. During the Q&A portion of the event, the original Dynamic Duo were asked by a fan: "Who was your favorite person to work with on the Batman series?"

"That's easy," West responded. "Catwoman. She gave me curious stirrings in my utility belt." West is referring to a line the Caped Crusader used in episode 49 of Season 2, which was titled "Catwoman Goes to College." At that point in the series, the sexy, vivacious, and curvaceous Julie Newmar still portrayed Catwoman.

West's response lit up the crowd, but once the laughter died down, he also added Frank Gorshin (The Riddler) and Burgess Meredith (The Penguin) to his list of favorites.

As for Ward, he really enjoyed working with the legendary actor Vincent Price, who portrayed Egghead/Edgar Heed. "One of the actors I really liked working with was Vincent Price," he shared. "That was fun because Adam and I had a chance to get into a gigantic egg fight. And alway as a kid, I got into trouble for throwing eggs, but this time, I got paid for throwing eggs. So that was a lot of fun."

By the way, if you weren't aware, West, Ward, and Newmar have lent their voices to Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, a new animated film that is coming to Digital HD on October 11, 2016 and to Blu-ray and DVD on November 1, 2016. For more info on that and to check out its trailer, click here.
