Various Disney Titles Join PlayStation Now, Including Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean

Sony's PlayStation Now streaming gaming service continues to expand for the month of June, and this time, it's celebrating a number of Disney legacies, with seventeen new titles from the company's archives – including a couple of overlooked games that deserve a second chance for older players.

The list is filled with many highlights, which you can see in the trailer above. However, considering the current success of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, fans may want to check out Lego Pirates of the Caribbean, which revisits the original film trilogy in Lego form, with hours' worth of puzzles and co-op fun for the whole family.

Also included in the line-up is Monkey Island and Monkey Island2: Special Edition, in case you feel like pirating a different way; Disney's Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, featuring the introduction of Oswald Rabbit; three Cars titles, just in time for the arrival of Cars 3 next week, including Cars 2: The Video Game, Cars: Race-O-Rama and Cars: Mater-National Championship; and other movie adaptations like Bolt, G-Force and Ratatouille.

But if you really want to make the most out of this month's newest additions, there are two games worth trying out. The first is Tron: Evolution, a third-person action/adventure loosely based around the Tron: Legacy universe, where you try and change the future on the grid both on foot and in a variety of vehicles. It's a great game if you're a fan of the series.

The second is Split/Second, a high-intensity racing game that released back in 2010. In it, instead of trying to destroy your opponents with your car, you use traps that are pre-set on each track, such as destroying buildings and using objects to throw them off course. It's an incredibly exciting game, as you can see in the trailer above.

The PlayStation Now service is available for PlayStation 4 and PC. It's also available for PlayStation 3, select Sony TV's, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV, but those services will be shutting down in August, so enjoy it while you can!
