We've reached the middle point of July, and that means that the Xbox Live Games With Gold program has switched over its free games for download. And there are two good ones on deck that you can get right now, if you're a member of Xbox Live with a Gold membership.

First up is 13AM Games' multiplayer opus Runbow. Originally made popular on the Wii U platform, Runbow sprints its way to Xbox One with flying colors, featuring a fantastic multiplayer motif (although you can play single player as well, if you prefer). In it, you'll race against a number of different competitors as they vault towards a finish line, while the screen continuously changes color. But this can serve as both a benefit and a hindrance, as platforms of similar color can vanish without a trace, forcing some players to change their course as they attempt to stay in the race.

The game has been an instant party favorite for years, and its debut on Xbox One will no doubt provide it with an even bigger audience. It certainly doesn't hurt that the game is available free of charge for the next four weeks.

Also up for grabs is one of the better Lego-ized games for the Xbox 360, Lego Pirates of the Caribbean. Featuring a vast number of adventures based on earlier films in the series (not including the recently released Dead Men Tell No Tales), the game features plenty of missions for you and a friend to enjoy, along with lush graphics and fun gameplay, ranging from beating up thugs to solving puzzles with Lego pieces. This game is backward compatible on Xbox One, although you can also download it for the Xbox 360 if you still have that platform.

Finally, Ubisoft's Grow Up is still available through the end of the month, an enjoyable open-world adventure where you guide a robot through a series of perilous situations, utilizing a wacky but innovative control scheme. It's worth checking out, especially if you're looking for something new on the Xbox One front.

Enjoy the games, and we'll see what Microsoft has to offer for August soon enough!
