We've been thoroughly enjoying Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus based on what we've seen so far, and you can read all about that in our hands-on impressions for the game. However, there's so much more to the upcoming sequel that you could probably ever expect. And in the latest Live Stage video from Bethesda, the team has broken down just how vast the city design really is.

Executive producer Jerk Gustafsson and creative director Jens Matthies have a lot to discuss when it comes to creating a world that the Nazis have managed to take over, with a primary focus on two different cities – the ghetto of New Orleans and the 60's styled Roswell, New Mexico. Despite the Americana-style appearance of the two, it's not hard to forget that both cities are under Nazi occupation.

In addition to talking about how the cities came together Gustafsson and Matthies also talk about environmental storytelling, and how important it is in a game such as this. The propaganda from the Nazis, for instance, has become much bigger than in the previous games, and it's easy to see, from the programming to the décor within it, just how much they've taken over.

You can watch the video above and prepare to take down the Nazi occupation when Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus releases on October 27th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
