There's a lot of good and bad hype surrounding the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II, but that's not stopping it from being on its way and many being incredibly excited and what changes EA has made since the previous installment. A new trailer has arrived and this time, the live-action sequence promises a lot of adventure and is actually kind of perfect if you're a fan of Star Wars.

Rebel Alliance and the Empire take center stage once more as the trailer opens of with two kids, one from each side. As the children grow, so does their rivalry - though the sequence is done in a way where it feels as though we are growing up right alongside them.

The trailer does sets up the narrative in present day times, with kids we could clearly see in today's setting. The way the progression goes from real life into the game's setting is done incredibly well and perfectly executes the atmosphere of the two sides. Since Activision has an exclusive marketing deal with Sony for this franchise, the in-game correlation is obviously set up within the PlayStation's world.

Though there has been a lot of controversy surrounding EA's methods of microtransactions and how they handle community relations, that doesn't stop the latest installment from delivering on a lot of the promises they did make. A huge point to this is the inclusion of the single-player mode that was missing from the previous installment, and the story set up is amazing with the new cast.

If you're looking forward to Star Wars Battlefront II, there is a lot to look forward to and soon players can get their hands on it. Star Wars Battlefront II drops on November 17th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
