If there is one thing true about Harry Potter fans, it's that we're loyal, and we're imaginative. Many of us dreamed of attending the magical school for wizards and attending our favourite houses, and now thanks to a new mobile game - we can! Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery lets Potter fans receive their very own Hogwarts acceptance letter, via owl of course, and begin their own adventure in a beloved universe.

That latest game will be coming in 2018 and allows players to create their very own character to explore the world of J.K Rowling. Take magical classes, participate in your favourite extracurriculars - even create your own potions! A truly authentic Harry Potter experience. According to the President of Warner Bros Interactive, David Haddad:

"Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is a mobile gaming experience inspired by J.K. Rowling's spell-binding lore, and it will be an exciting way for fans to experience the Wizarding World."

The game itself will be developed by the Los Angeles local Jam City studio hand in hand with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and will be officially launched onto mobile devices in conjunction with Portkey Games in order to keep the experience as truly Harry Potter as it can possible be. The entire purpose of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is to provide players to fully submerse themselves into a world that has been adored for years. Calling it one of the most "iconic brands in history," Jam City's Chris DeWolfe had this to add:

"As Harry Potter fanatics ourselves, we have great respect for the millions of people throughout the world who have followed the Harry Potter stories for more than 20 years," said DeWolfe. "This game is a labor of love for our developers and artists, who are dedicated to creating the most magical entertainment and game play experience for everyone who adores J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World."

The new mobile game will be available for iOS, Android, and Amazon devices!
