Captain America Battles Red Skull In Marvel Collector Corps Trailer

Funko has released a trailer for their next Marvel Collector Corps subscription box.

This box's theme is "Super Hero Showdowns," inspired by heroes taking on their greatest enemies.

The new trailer explores one such rivalry as Captain America battles the Red Skull, with both in animated Pop! Vinyl form.

The Marvel Collector Corps box is a mystery box subscription service. Fans never know what to expect in a box, other than that it will be full of exclusive Funko items made with the Marvel license including at least one Pop! Vinyl, that those items will be themed to each month's theme, and that the merchandise will total at least $50 in value.

So far nothing has been revealed from the Super Hero Showdown box, but Red Skull and Captain America have been featured multiple times in marketing for the box. Daredevil and Bullseye are each featured on the art on the box itself, and the Hulk and Red Hulk and Spider-Man and Green Goblin have been used in other promotional material. These may or may not hint at what will appear inside the box when it ships.

The final day to order the Marvel Collector Corps Super Hero Showdown box is February 15, 2017.
