'Maze Runner: The Death Cure' First Official Trailer Released

Earlier this week, 20th Century Fox announced that the first full trailer for Maze Runner: The Death Cure was on the way, and the studio made good on that promise tonight.

During the series finale of Teen Wolf on MTV, the trailer for the final chapter of the Maze Runner trilogy made its debut.

The timing couldn't have been more fitting for the release of The Death Cure trailer. Franchise star Dylan O'Brien got his start portraying Stiles Stilinski in the Teen Wolf series, where he appeared 92 of the show's 100 episodes. Needless to say, it was a big night for fans of O'Brien.

It's nice to see the actor back in the spotlight after difficult season. Last year, while filming The Death Cure, O'Brien suffered multiple injuries after a motorcycle stunt. Production was delayed for quite some time. In addition to the new trailer and Teen Wolf finale, O'Brien is starring in American Assassin, which is now in theaters.

In the epic finale to the Maze Runner saga, Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.
