Olaf's Frozen Adventure Getting Four Original Songs

Olaf will be returning to the big screen in a brand new adventure, and fans can expect four all-new original songs as part of the package.

The new featurette is "Olaf's Frozen Adventure", and will debut in front of Disney Pixar's latest film Coco. Having Olaf and the rest of the Frozen cast back onscreen is amazing in itself, but the cast is coming back with four original songs, all of which are included in the accompanying soundtrack.

The songs are all written by Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson, with a score by Christophe Beck, who scored the original film. The new songs include Ring in the Season, The Battle of Flemmingrad, That Time of Year, and When We're Together, and the soundtrack will also include instrumental versions of all four songs.

In fact, Olaf's Frozen Adventure filmmakers Stevie Wermers-Skelton and Kevin Deter revealed those songs helped shape the film's story. "Music has always been a hallmark of Disney Animation, especially the world of 'Frozen,'" said Deters. "So we're thrilled to include four new songs to help tell our story."

"Kate and Elyssa have such a sense of fun and enthusiasm," added Wermers-Skelton. "The songs really capture the spirit of Olaf and his holiday endeavor."
