Amazing Spider-Man 2 After The Credit X-Men Clip

Is there an after the credits scene in Amazing Spider-Man 2? The answer is sort of. There is an X-Men: Days of Future Past clip that runs after the credits of Amazing Spider-Man 2, which has nothing to do with future Spider-Man films. The clip is the result of an agreement that Sony Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox reached in order to free up Marc Webb to direct Amazing Spider-Man 2, even though he was under contract to do another film for Twentieth Century Fox. Here is a detailed description of what happens in the X-Men: Days of Future Past clip. The scene opens with a shot of a helicopter landing at a military base. Inside a military tent, an older military man is walking down the middle of several bunks. Toad in a military uniform exchanges a knowing glance with older military man. A second military man is packing up various vials and containers. The older military man asks, "What is all this? Where is it going?" The second military man replies, "It's all getting shipped back." A third military man grabs some of the vials and starts to prepare a syringe. Toad asks, "What are you doing with those?" A young William Stryker says, "Something to make the ride a little smoother. I'm transferring you to a private facility where we can run a few more tests." The older military man says, "Your men are not military." Stryker replies, "Private outfit." The older military man says, "These troops are going home." Stryker replies, "I don't believe you have jurisdiction in the matter." The older military man says, "I'm afraid I do, son." The older military man then reveals himself to actually be the mutant Mystique. When Stryker and his men attempt to pull out their guns, Mystique springs into action. Mystique kicks one of the men, flips another man over her head, and puts a third man in a leglock. Toad uses his tongue to take a gun away from one of Stryker's men. Ink holds out his hand, using his tattoos to make two of the men sick to their stomachs. Spikes pop out of Spyke's face, as he gives Stryker's men an angry glare. Havok fires off a blast, knocking down several of Stryker's men. Mystique says, "Let's move out." Havok asks, "Where's Eric?" Mystique replies, "I'm on my own now." The scene ends with the older military man helping the other men load up a plane. As the older military man walks toward the camera, he once again transforms into Mystique.
