Doctor Who May Be Featured In The Lego Movie Sequel

The LEGO Movie 2 director Rob Schrab is hinting that the Doctor from Doctor Who may be appearing in the animated film sequel.

Schrab teased on the Harmontown Podcast that Warner Bros. and the BBC are working on a deal to get the Doctor in the film. He didn't elaborate any further than that, so there's no telling how significant a role the Doctor would have.

The Doctor is featured in the recently released LEGO Dimensions videogame, and the first ever LEGO Doctor Who playset is set to be released soon. We'll have to wait and see if Warner Bros. and the BBC develop their relationship even further.
