How To Train Your Dragon 2 To Get IMAX Release

How to Train Your Dragon 2 will be released in IMAX theaters in IMAX 3D in select location on June 13.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 is directed by Dean DeBlios, who directed the franchise's first Academy Award-nominated installment. Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, America Ferrera, Jonah Hill, T.J. Miller, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Kristen Wiig reprise their respective voice roles, joined by new cast members Cate Blanchett, Djimon Honsou and Kit Harington.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 returns to the fantastical world of the heroic Viking Hiccup and his faithful dragon, Toothless. The inseparable duo must protect the peace – and save the future of men and dragons from the power-hungry Drago.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 will be digitally remastered for its IMAX release to increase image and sound quality. The film will be released in theaters and IMAX on June 13.
