Jurassic Park 4 To Be Directed By Colin Trevorrow

While Colin Trevorrow might be best known as the guy who was once rumored to be directing Star Wars Episode 7, he will henceforth be known as the guy who is directing Jurassic Park 4. After directing the amazing Safety Not Guaranteed on a very small budget, a podcast interview where Colin Trevorrow talked about landing a project with a lot of mythology behind it had people speculating that he had landed the Star Wars gig. However, Colin Trevorrow clarified that it wasn't Star Wars that he was talking about. According to Deadline, Colin Trevorrow big project is actually Jurassic Park 4. The script for Jurassic Park 4 is by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver, who did Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley are producing, and Steven Spielberg is executive producing. Jurassic Park 4 is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on June 13, 2014.
