New Ant-Man Images Featuring Michael Douglas As Hank Pym

Marvel Entertainment has provided Slash Film with three new stills from Ant-Man that feature Michael Douglas as the original Ant-Man, Hank Pym.

In the film, Pym will be serving as a mentor to criminal-turned-superhero Scott Lang (Paul Rudd). We'll also see a flashback to Pym's early days when he was a spy for S.H.I.E.L.D., starting in the 1960s.

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Marvel's Ant-Man hits theaters July 17, 2015.
