Nicolas Cage Superman Costume Test Revealed

We've already seen Nicolas Cage as every Game of Thrones character this week, but why stop there? Newly surfaced footage from The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened? has brought Cage's Superman to life.

The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened? is Jon Schnepp's upcoming documentary about Tim Burton and Cage's doomed Superman movie from late 1990s. The movie was set to roll before Warner Bros. infamously pulled the plug just week's before the first day of production. But why? That's what Schnepp's documentary hopes to discover.

And in his cinematic archaeology, Schnepp managed to find a real diamond in the rough—test footage of Cage in a prototype Superman costume. In the footage, which you can view below, the long-haired Cage strikes some Man of Steel poses. He's certainly no Henry Cavill, but Cage could have made for a Svelte Superman.
