Rebecca Ferguson Returning For Mission: Impossible 6

Rebecca Ferguson, who had a breakout role in Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, has signed on to return for the next installment of the franchise, ShowBiz411 reports. Ferguson will be the first female lead to return for a second outing with the franchise.

She will once again play opposite franchise star Tom Cruise. Rogue Nation director Christopher McQuarrie is also returning for the next film, making him the first director to get a second date with the franchise.

Ferguson is set to have a busy year. Prior to Mission: Impossible 6, she'll be seen in Girl on the Train, Florence Foster Jenkins, and The Snowman.

Mission: Impossible 6 is looking to begin production in 2016.
