If you were looking forward to another movie in one of Paramount's horror franchises, you'll have to wait a little bit longer, Variety reports.

Rings, the sequel to the adaptation of the Japanese horror film Ringu, will no longer debut in 2015. It's being held to April 1, 2016 instead.

Friday the 13th, the thirteenth movie in the franchise and a reboot of the series, has been moved from May 13, 2016 to another Friday that is a thirteenth of the month, January 13, 2017. That pits it against Sony's The Dark Tower, the first film in their Stephen King adaptation series.

Luckily, there are plenty of movies in both of these franchises for you to watch repeatedly to kill the extra time.
