Samuel L Jackson Has A Lightsaber With BMF On It

It's only fitting that Samuel L. Jackson's personal lightsaber has an inscription consistent with that of his wallet in Pulp Wallet.

The 69-year-old actor recently appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers in promotion of his new film, The Hateful Eight, and revealed a fun detail of the lightsaber her earned for playing Mace Windu in the Star Wars prequels.

"The prop department actually put 'BMF' on the on switch," Jackson told Meyers. Perfect.

Jackson's story of becoming Mace Windu is pretty entertaining. He told Meyers he had no idea he was going to be a Jedi and hadn't seen a single word of script until he was on set. "I got there and they said, "Well, you got a costume fitting." As we now know, it wasn't just any costume. It was a Jedi costume. And Jackson was as excited as any of us would be to wear that garb and find out he was talking to Yoda.

"I get my stuff on, they take me downstairs, I go in a room, I meet Frank Oz because was still a puppet back then," Jackson explained, and then, "Someone came in with a Halliburton full of lightsabers and they go, 'Pick one.' I about died!"

Star Wars: The Force Awakens and The Hateful Eight are now playing in theaters.
