Will Smith Says There Is A Very, Very Strong Possibility That A New Bad Boys Is Coming Soon

Will Smith (Suicide Squad) appeared on Beats 1 radio show to promote his remix of Bomba Estereo's "Fiesta" and near the end of the interview he was asked about Bad Boys 3, which was put on Sony's film schedule in August, along with a fourth film.

"There is a very-very-very strong possibility that you will be seeing a Bad Boys within the next 12 to 16 months," Smith told host Zane Lowe.

The original two Bad Boys films, directed by Michael Bay (Transformers), starred Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as hard-nosed cops who went on over-the-top police adventures.

Bad Boys 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on February 17, 2017, while Bad Boys 4 will open a little over two years later, on July 3, 2019.
