On your left! Don't let these Captain America: The Winter Soldier animatics pass you by. The animatics were created by James Rothwell, based on storyboards created by Alex Hillkurtz, Richard Bennett and Philip Keller.

Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier's opened with Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) meeting Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) while the two jogged around Washington, D.C.. In this alternate opening, Steve dreams about fighting in World War II alongside Bucky and the rest of the Howling Commandos. When he awakes we see that Dum Dum Dugan has recently passed away and that is why they are on his mind.

Then there is the Nick Fury car chase scene with a few slight tweaks from the theatrical version, like when and why Fury starts to fire back from his vehicle. Third video is Fury being shot by the Winter Soldier and then the rooftop chase that comes right after. Not much is different as compared to the theatrical version. The fourth animatic is of Cap trying to escape the Triskelion, aka the Elevator scene. Lastly, we see storyboards of when Black Widow takes Steve to the Apple Store in the mall.
