American Horror Story: Hotel Will Be Connected To The First Season

Each new season of American Horror Story feels separate from the last, but co-creator Ryan Murphy has assured fans that arcane clues have been place in each showing how they intertwine. It'll be much more obvious this season as American Horror Story: Hotel the Harmons' haunted home from Season One.

"We do go to the Murder House for one episode," Murphy confirmed to Entertainment Weekly.

Another connection to the first season, is the return of Marcy (Christine Estabrook). She's the contemptuous and bigoted realtor that sold the Harmons their murderous home. When we see her again in American Horror Story: Hotel, Marcy will be showing the creepy Hotel Cortez to fashion designer Will Drake (Cheyenne Jackson) and his son.

American Horror Story: Hotel will premiere October 7 on FX.
