American Horror Story: Hotel's Wes Bentley Wants To Play Batman

Actor Wes Bentley is returning to American Horror Story for American Horror Story: Hotel, which is set to debut on Wednesday, October 7 on FX. In advance of the fifth season of the series, Bentley was a guest on Larry King Now.

Bentley is no stranger to the comic book world, as he played the villain Blackheart in Ghost Rider back in 2007 and Adleman Lusk in Jonah Hex back in 2010. However, we couldn't help but wonder what character Bentley might play if he had his choice of any comic book hero or villain.

King posed the question to Bentley on behalf of ComicBook.com readers, and here's what the actor had to say.

"I did always want to play Batman," said Bentley. "I liked Batman, because he had no super powers."
