Ant-Man Movie: Michael Pena Reportedly Offered Role

According to The Wrap, Michael Pena has been offered a role in Marvel's upcoming Ant-Man film and Pena would like to join the film. Pena can currently be seen in "American Hustle." Marvel has denied that Pena is in negotiations. The film, directed by Edgar Wright and written by Joe Cornish, is set to being filming this spring. Paul Rudd was recently cast as Scott Lang, with news that Michael Douglas would play Hank Pym following shortly after. Michael Pena is known for dramatic and comedic roles in films such as "Crash," "End of Watch," and "Observe and Report." "Ant-Man" is scheduled for theatrical release on July 31, 2015.
