Arrow Midseason Finale Spoilers: Scene Reveals One of "Three Ghosts"

In the final new episode of Arrow before the holiday hiatus, Oliver will apparently be visited by three ghosts, a la Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol. Who's the first? Well, check out the scene below, if you'd like. It's arguably not too surprising given some remarks Ollie has made throughout the series, but it remains, technically, a spoiler (especially for those who haven't yet seen last week's episode, "The Scientist"). We'll say this: That's a lot of damage for a ghost.
