Arrow State V. Queen

The CW has released a couple of videos for tonight's "State V. Queen" episode of Arrow. The first video below shows a montage of preview scenes from the episode. The video centers around the return of Count Vertigo, who proclaims, "I'm Count Vertigo, and I approve this high." The second clip shows Diggle in a very bad state. Felicity sent a sample of Diggle's blood off for testing and found out there were trace amounts of the drug Vertigo in his system. Oliver realizes that Count Vergito must have escaped during the earthquake that hit the prison. Oliver gives Felicity a serum that he worked up to counteract the effects of Vertigo, and he tells Felicity to give it to Diggle. In the "State v. Queen" episode, Oliver (Stephen Amell) is concerned when a mysterious illness sweeps the city, infecting hundreds of people, including Diggle (David Ramsey). Oliver discovers Vertigo in Diggle's blood and realizes The Count (guest star Seth Gabel) has broken out of prison and is once again distributing his drug. Meanwhile, Moira (Susanna Thompson) goes on trial for her participation in the Undertaking. ADA Adam Donner (guest star Dylan Bruce) collapses in court with Vertigo symptoms so Laurel (Katie Cassidy) must step in and try the case against Moira. Oliver is torn between standing by his family during the trial and catching The Count. However, things change when Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) follows a lead and walks straight into a trap set by The Count. The "State v. Queen" episode of Arrow is directed by Bethany Rooney and written by Marc Guggenheim & Drew Z. Greenberg. "State v. Queen" is scheduled to air on Wednesday, November 20 at 8 PM ET on The CW.
