Guggenheim and Kreisberg are the show's Executive Producers, of course, and have written a number of the most popular episodes. Shimizu and Sokolowski have written episodes like "The Promise," "Streets of Fire" and the Season Two finale "Unthinkable." Not much is known about the show's third season yet; series star Stephen Amell described it as "more intimate" than season two, with a villain who won't be as ever-present as Deathstroke was in Season Two. Oliver's sister Thea will be spending time with her biological father Malcolm Merlyn, whom none of the other characters know is alive yet.
