While a reported, R-rated home video cut of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice didn't have nudity listed among reasons for the rating, apparently there's just enough nudity in it to run afoul of censors in India.

The film has earned a UA certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification there, but only after a "fleeting nude figure" was excised from the final cut.

DNA India quotes a source from the Board, "The CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) was very keen that the film be seen by youngsters. But some of the content isn't completely suitable for viewing by underage audiences. While the violence is done in the spirit of a comicbook adventure, the film was rated UA (suitable for underage viewers accompanied by an adult), with just one visual cut... of a fleeting nude figure."

The UA is described as "Unrestricted Public Exhibition - but with a word of caution that Parental discretion required for children below 12 years," and is roughly analogous to a PG-13 rating in the U.S.

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.
