Gal Gadot Training For Wonder Woman

In a new interview with E! Online (via CBM), Batman vs. Superman star Gal Gadot, who will play Wonder Woman in the new, Man of Steel-jumpstarted DC Cinematic Universe, went back to her current favorite topic: her workout regimen. After being cast as Diana Prince, the Fast & Furious actress started to be lambasted for being too lean, not muscular enough, the size of her breasts and pretty much any other physical characteristic that occurred to fans to criticize. Like Henry Cavill and the rest of the Man of Steel cast, though, she's been working with prolific Hollywood trainer Mark Twight, who met her in her native Israel to train earlier this year. "I just keep active, everything that's challenging, everything that I feel like doing. It's not like I'm only TRX or Pilates, I do sports," Gadot told E!, adding that TRX is her favorite form of excercise. She explained that it's basically suspension training, adding, "I do cardio, but I don't like it as much, I'd rather do weights."

Well, that will make at least some fans happy. "I try to eat healthy. But sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers," Gadot said. "That's good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out, I drink plenty of water." Batman vs. Superman is due in theaters on May 6, 2016.
